How does the process work?
Contact Us
- Reach out to us through our website, phone, or email. We’ll answer your questions, assess your needs, and, if we’re not the right fit, connect you with appropriate referrals.
Complete Intake Forms
- You’ll receive a secure link to setup your patient portal and fill out forms to review policies and share your health history, concerns, and goals—helping us understand your needs and provide personalized care.
Schedule Your Appointment
- Once your forms are completed, we’ll schedule your initial assessment at a time that works for you
Initial Psychiatric Assessment
- During your first session, a provider will conduct a comprehensive evaluation to understand your experiences, symptoms, and goals.
Diagnosis & Treatment Plan
- After your assessment, we’ll review your diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy, supportive options, or referrals to other services—all tailored to your goals.
Ongoing Support & Follow-Up Care
- We’ll provide ongoing care with follow-up appointments, scheduled from weekly to every three months based on your needs—to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
What types of services do you offer?
We offer psychiatric medication management and brief therapeutic services, for a variety of conditions, including treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism, among others.
How does telehealth work?
Our services are delivered online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You’ll be able to meet with us via video from the comfort of your home.
What ages do you work with?
We offer services to individuals throughout the lifespan, starting from age 6 years old.

What are cost for services without insurance/self-pay?
- New patient intake: $300
- Existing patient follow-ups: $125 – $225 (dependent upon total face-to-face and claim management time spent on day of appointment)
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $50 cancellation/no show fee.
